Walsh's storage offers a CaSSOA gold award site to caravans, motor homes, camper vans, trailer tents, yachts trailers boats and any other vehicle up to 9m in length. All our storage space is on tarmac or hard standing with ample room for manoeuvring.

Secure

With the Gold Award status from CaSSOA, an insurance rating body, both our Caravan Storage sites are accepted by all leading insurers - and many will give discount because of our high standards. Access is via electric gates with a sophisticated automated number recognition system allowing entry to the facility 7 days a week 365 days a year. With resident Wardens, state of the art CCTV including number plate recognition and video recording as well as a secure palisade fence perimeter and security lighting, Walsh's Caravan Storage offers a secure environment for your piece of mind.


Convenient

The whole of the storage site and estate is tarmac or gravelled hard standing. Each Customer has their own numbered bay for their exclusive use. Entry times at Bull Hill alter when the clocks change, so depending on the time of year access is from 7am to 7pm in Winter and 7am to 9pm in Summer, although 24 hr access is available through prior arrangement. Stockclough Lane has 24hr access 365 days a year. Bays are designed for easy access and are suitable for caravans under 4m up to 9m in length.


Pricing

Each plot comes at a suprisingly low cost with small vans (under 20 foot, including the towing frame) being from £255.00 for six months including VAT.

Large vans over 6m (20") are approximately £600.00 for the year depending on which site you choose. Invoices are sent out every six months and payment is preferred by online banking. There is a £40.00 deposit on your unique plot, which will be reimbursed when you leave.

Each plot is spacious and individually numbered. We can also offer a drop off and collection facility available to make those weekends away quick and hassle free.
